How fast will my business be online?
Most one-time services are delivered in 7 to 14 days from the kickoff call. A landing page usually takes about 7 days.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. One-time services are paid once. Monthly services renew each month (or year, if you choose annual billing) and you can cancel anytime; the service ends at the end of the period you've paid for.
Who owns the website, domain and accounts?
You do. Domains, websites, social profiles, email platforms and files are set up in your name. We ask for access only to do the work.
How do revisions work?
We show you the work, then go through changes by email or on a Zoom call. Each service lists what's included.
Do you promise sales, followers or rankings?
No. We deliver the work described on each service page. Results depend on your market, your offer and many things nobody controls, so we don't promise them.
How do I contact you?
By email. There's no client portal to learn — we send links and updates to your inbox, and book Zoom calls when talking is faster.
What do I need to have ready?
Your business name, what you sell, who you sell to, and any photos or logo you already have. If you have none of that yet, that's fine — the kickoff call covers it.
How do I pay?
By card through a secure checkout. Payments are processed by Whop; ACG Foundation is the supplier of the services. Your receipt shows exactly what you bought.
Can I add services later?
Yes. Start with what you need now and add monthly services whenever you're ready.
What if I want to cancel a monthly service?
Use the cancel link in your receipt email or email us. It stops the next renewal; the service runs to the end of the period already paid. We ask for 14 days' notice when possible so we can hand over cleanly, but we never charge you after you cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Before kickoff, yes, in full. After kickoff, we refund the part of the work not started. Delivered work is covered by revisions rather than refunds. See the refunds and cancellation policy for details, including the EU and UK withdrawal right.
Do you work with businesses outside the US?
Yes, we work in English with clients in most countries. A few countries can't be served by our payment provider; checkout will tell you if yours is one of them.
Do you run paid ads?
Not at the moment. We focus on the foundations: site, brand, profiles, content and email.
Do you buy followers or reviews?
Never. Fake followers, likes and reviews break platform rules and often the law.
